Mal Homes was founded in 1988 with renovations. On the strength of its quality developments, Mal Homes were admitted to the membership of NHBC (National Register of House-Builders) in March 1989.

Mal Homes are an ethical, responsible developer – keeping in mind the benefit of the community for whom they are building.

Subsequently Mal Homes has undertaken approximately a dozen projects primarily in Surrey and the local area. These projects range from flats, detached house, riverside properties and bungalows.
